HD Boot Camp is different. It’s hard. It’s demanding, it’s fun, and it's WOMEN ONLY. Using supportive and motivational routines, our team of highly-trained former athlete personnel and expert certified personal trainers will lead you through an intense four-week indoor/ outdoor fitness program designed to put you in the best shape of your life.
It starts with documented “Before” evaluations to gauge your shape when you start (so you can see how much you’ve achieved when you finish!). You’ll be surrounded by our supportive instructors and other team members who, just like you, want to make dramatic changes in their physical and mental well-being. At HD Boot Camp, we will challenge you to push yourself to reach new fitness levels—and we promise you’ll have fun doing it!
HD Boot Camp has been designed with safe and effective exercises, stressing proper form, technique, and safety. Our expert staff puts your health and fitness first, and will be happy to modify your workouts so that any pre-existing injuries don’t prevent you from attaining your goals now.

"My name is Celena and I've been participating in the HD Boot Camp program since December, 2010. I would like to say that out of all the workout programs I've tried, HD Boot Camp has been the most successful program for me. I am much more energetic, I am much more motivated to get through one class after another and my endurance has increase tremendously. Most of all I have lost close to 50lbs since I started in December.
One of the things that helps is that I have an excellent trainer/instructor, Donald Alexander. He is very knowledgeable about the workout and how a person should eat and take supplements to help the body loss fat and gain muscle. "When I first set out to start on my quest to lose weight, I sought assistance from my doctor. My doctor advised me that in order to get to my weight loss goal, I needed to change my eating habits and participate in cardio exercise 50 minutes a day 4 to 5 days a week. I began walking at a local track. Then about a month or so after, I started walking on a treadmill. One day, I asked a guy to give me some workout pointers. He referred me to the HD Boot Camp, stating it would target everything I would want from a workout regimen. My 1st Month, I decided to bite the bullet and do the boot camp for a month (only 1 month!). It was my intention to go back to the tread mill after the first month, especially since I already had a gym membership. I was expecting a drill sergeant to be yelling at me in an unsuccessful attempt to motivate me into action and force me to perform at a level of which I was incapable.
But, Coach Donald was the complete opposite. He was very inspiring and encouraging. He made me feel like I could do it. Everyone in the class was supportive and expressed great encouragement. Participating in the class setting increased my sense of accountability. Many say some of the exercises are similar to another exercise regimen that some do at home using DVD's. I personally could not rely on a DVD to get what I get from the class. Coach Donald holds me accountable, adjusts the exercises, and corrects my position to prevent injury if I am doing an exercise incorrectly. The one on one attention he gives has been critical to my success. When I tried DVD's at home, I would stop when I was tired. I would not push myself. And, I never got the results I wanted. After 4 weeks of Boot Camp, I'd lost 14 pounds. AND I'd gained confidence that I never had pertaining to working out.
FIVE MONTHS LATER
Currently, I am in my Sixth 4-week Hi Definition Boot Camp session. I have lost approximately 32 pounds. I am not an athlete. I have never participated in sports. I have never been consistent with any workout plan or regimen until the HD Boot Camp Boot Camp. I have no intentions of quitting. I am grateful to Coach Donald Alexander and his commitment to his gift. I have "gone down" 6 pants sizes and from searching for size Large to size Small. I have more energy now at 32 years old than ever! Thanks Donald!"
